Executive Director – Northern Options for Women

Northern Options for Women is a Christ-centered, pro-life ministry dedicated to advocating for the unborn and their families in International Falls and beyond. We provide hope, compassion, and practical support to women and families facing unplanned pregnancies, while upholding the sanctity of human life.

We are seeking a mission-minded Executive Director who will provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all aspects of the organization. The Executive Director will serve under the authority of the Board of Directors, ensuring that the center fulfills its mission with integrity, effectiveness, and faithfulness to God’s Word.

• Faith: A testimony of salvation in Jesus Christ, with a demonstrated lifestyle of following Him personally and corporately in a local church body.
   
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
   
• Experience: Management experience.
   
• Passion: A deep commitment to the sanctity of human life and the pro-life mission.
   
• Accountability: Willingness to work under the oversight of the Board of Directors.
   

• Successful experience in fundraising, donor development, and community relations.
   
• Strong leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to mentor, equip, and encourage.
   
• Experience working with clients in compassionate, professional, and ethical ways.
   
• Knowledge of and adherence to health care standards and requirements relevant to pregnancy medical clinics.
   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for public speaking, networking, and outreach.
   

• Provide Christ-centered leadership, vision, and direction for Northern Options for Women.
   
• Oversee daily operations, including programs, staff, and volunteers.
   
• Build and maintain strong donor, church, and community partnerships.
   
• Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and medical standards.
   
• Lead fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts.
   
• Manage the center’s financial resources with integrity and alignment to the mission.
   
• Represent the organization in the community with professionalism, integrity, and grace.
   

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
